Meridian Signal is an independent publication based in California, United States. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the individual publisher operating under the Meridian Signal name.

Scope

These terms describe the use of Meridian Signal’s research and publication services. Use of Substack is also subject to Substack’s own terms and policies.

Research purpose

Meridian Signal publishes general informational and educational research on capital regimes, digital infrastructure and systemic risk.

Our content is intended for a general audience. It does not consider your individual financial circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance and does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Reading, subscribing or commenting does not establish an advisory or fiduciary relationship.

Research limitations

Assessments reflect the information available at the stated publication date or research cutoff. Information may be incomplete, inaccurate or superseded by later developments.

Scenarios, estimates, rankings and conviction scores are analytical judgments subject to uncertainty. A conviction score is not a probability of investment success. Any probability estimate must be read alongside its stated timeframe, methodology and limitations.

We may revise assessments as evidence changes. Publication does not imply a commitment to update every previous report.

Investment risk and interests

Investments can lose value, including the entire amount invested. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Readers should independently evaluate information and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

The publisher or contributors may hold interests in assets discussed. Relevant holdings, compensation, sponsorships and other material conflicts should be considered alongside the disclosures accompanying individual reports. General disclosures do not replace report-specific disclosures.

Use and attribution

You may share links to our publications. We also permit brief excerpts with clear attribution to Meridian Signal and a link to the original report, provided the excerpt preserves its meaning and context.

When citing a score, estimate or scenario, include its date, timeframe and relevant qualifications. Do not present our research as an endorsement of your product or service.

For full republication, substantial reproduction or commercial licensing, contact us for permission. These provisions do not limit fair use or other rights provided by law. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights.

Subscriptions

Our current publication is free. You may unsubscribe from publication emails using the unsubscribe link provided in them.

Descriptions of potential future products are not commitments to launch particular features, prices or publication schedules. Any future paid offering will disclose its applicable terms before purchase.

Community participation

Questions and thoughtful disagreement are welcome. Keep discussion relevant and respectful. Do not post harassment, threats, spam, misleading promotions or another person’s private information.

We may remove content or restrict participation for violations of these standards or applicable platform rules.
